Public Transportation Authority of Turku

Public Transportation Authority of Turku is Turku city area's public transportation system. It operates bus-network in the area, but also ferry and city bike services. Föli as an brand-name was introduced 2014. When the public transportation system was renewed. Unlike Helsinki and Tampere there is no different sections in Föli bus-network. Whole area shares shame prices for tickets. 

This brand-name Föli comes from Turku dialect saying...

"Olla mukana." (Formal finnish version)

"Olla fölissä." (Turku dialect version) 

 Direct translation from english is "be in". But it loses semantics greatly in translation.

Föli bus-network operates in these municipalities: Turku, Kaarina, Raisio, Naantali, Lieto and Rusko. There is ten different important lists about these bus-lines. For each big area and demand there is own list of lines. There is "Region lines", "Turku lines", "Turku night lines", "Turku lines for workers", "Turku lines for students", "Turku service lines" (for for elders and the disabled), "Raisio lines", "Naantali lines" and "Lieto lines".

1: Airport to city-center, there to port

2, 2A: Kohmo to city-center, there to Liljalaakso

3, 30: Majakkaranta to east promenade to city-center

8: Puutori to Ruissalo

9: Vaala to Skanssi, to city-center, and to Katariina

12: Varissuo to city-center, there to Härkämäki

13:  Impivaaran uimahalli to city-center, there to Uittamo

14, 15: Saramäki to Oriketo, to city-center, to Erikvalla

18: Runosmäki to city-center, there to Harittu

21, 21A, 21B: Puutori to Moisio, to Paattinen and to Tortinmäki
23, 23A, 23B

22,22C: Puutori to Moisio, to Ylimaaria and to Jäkärlä

22A, 22B: Puutori to Oriketo, to Jäkärlä and to Tortinmäki

32, 42: Varissuo to Kupittaan station, to city-center, there to Pernon dock

32A: Varissuo to city-center

50, 51, 53, 54: Ylioppilaskylä to city-center, there to Moikoinen and Oriniemi

55, 56: Rantamäki to Halinen, there to city-center, and to Haarla

55A: Halinen to city-center

60: Suikkila to city-center, and to Vaala

61: Ilpoinen to city-center, there to Logomo and Vienola

88: Länsikeskus to Nättinummi and Hepokulta

99: Ilpoinen to Skanssi, there to Länsikeskus and Perno dock

These lines are drived by Turun kaupunkiliikenne, Nobina, SL-Autolinjat, LS-Liikennelinjat, V-S Bussipalvelut and Länsilinjat. There is no official sources for this information, but according to my experience Föli mainly uses bus models Volvo 8900 LE, Volvo 8700 LE and some Lahti-Scala buses.
